A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required at the time of booking, we will accept credit cards or certified checks only. The balance is due by September 1st of the year you arrive, with no exceptions being made. When paying your balance by September 1st, it lets us know that you are, in fact, coming on your hunt and allows us to pay our yearly bills. If your balance is not paid by September 1st of the yfilezillaear you're coming, then your hunt will be terminated and SOO exercises the right to sell your hunting date for non payment.

**We are hunting WILD animals. We can not control when they move, where they move, or how often they move. Please don't expect high fence results, as they are extremely unpredictable. There are ZERO guarantees. We are a full-time operation and we know their habits, but that doesn't mean it's an automatic given. Opportunity rates CAN NOT be given on a 3 day hunt and that's why we offer longer hunts. A mature whitetail is hard to take, let alone given a small amount of time to do it in.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AT ALL WHAT SO EVER. NO EXCEPTIONS MADE.

It is against policy to wait until you arrive to pay for your hunt. By booking a hunt, you have acknowledged that you are reading this and comply with website rules.

** We do not take NON-HUNTING GUESTS.
** We DO NOT take Traditional Archery hunters such as recurve and long bow
** We can NOT accommodate customers who will ONLY hunt blinds. You must be willing to sit in ladderstands as well as blinds. It is a must that you're able to walk and put forth a reasonable effort.
